In this newly renovated apartment, which was extensively renovated, I’ve created a restorative environment that prioritizes well-being through the principles of neuroscience.
The space is infused with biophilic elements, featuring abundant natural light and carefully placed greenery that foster a deep connection with nature.
Soft, inviting textures and a harmonious color palette promote calmness, while acoustic awareness, achieved through materials that effectively absorb noise, ensures a peaceful soundscape.
Thoughtfully arranged layouts offer a balance between open areas for social interaction and cozy nooks for personal reflection.​
Mindful spaces are designated for relaxation and creativity, inviting personal expression through curated artwork and meaningful objects.
This interior not only enhances cognitive function and reduces stress but also serves as a sanctuary for rejuvenation, embodying the essence of a truly restorative environment.
